User Groups

User Groups allow you to organize users and manage permissions collectively rather than individually.

  • Group administration — delegate group management to group admins
  • Group sharing — share albums with entire groups instead of individual users
  • Per-album access control — set access rights for groups on specific albums
  • Family groups — share family albums with all family members at once
  • Team access — give project teams access to relevant photo collections
  • Client groups — manage client access to their photos in a photography business

Groups can be created and managed from the admin panel. Assign users to groups and configure album access per group.
